A big hello from me!

I thought I best start with an introduction! For those of you who don't know me my name is Nichola but everyone calls me Nicky. I'm better known on social media as Kaidalys. I am 34 soon to be 35!

I started crafting when I was on maternity leave with my youngest, back in the days when she used to sleep! She's 7 now and bedtime seems to consist of multiple trips to the kitchen because obviously the best time to down a bottle of water is right before bed, then trips to the bathroom because of said water! And various other evening interruptions.... often just to let us know she can't sleep! I do manage to crochet during the day though whilst all 3 kiddos are at school (I work nights) and you will often find me sat in my Ikea chair with my feet up and my hook in hand.
My yarn addiction is *just about* under control......meaning I can still find places to hide it from the other half!

I decided to start this blog so that I could explain in more detail than I can on Instagram the various projects i have on the go (which is often a fair few at once) and give you all more info about each one. New and old projects will also appear..... in time.

I've never had a blog before so you may have to bear with me at the beginning until I get the hang of it! Hopefully you'll all enjoy reading it as much as I'll enjoy creating it.
